When we drove from NYC to SF, one of our lunch stops was Jackson’s Bar and Bistro in Nashville were I had a delicious salad called the Buffalo Feathers Salad. Late last night I got a sudden craving for it and since they don’t have an LA location, I had to attempt to recreate it myself.
Thankfully all it took was cooking/shredding chicken, tossing it in buffalo sauce and serving a small portion of it on a bed of greens. While it tasted great, I sure do miss the original…
